Networking & Food with Katja Iversen

Katja Iversen (picture upper right corner) recently published “Kvinde, kend dit netværk” together with Lisbeth Bille. The talk will be in English and will be just as relevant for men as for women.

Networking is a craft. Networking can make a difference. It can build bridges, improve communities, and boost the economy. Networking is a set of strategic, personal and psychological goals.

What do you want to gain from your networks? Do you want to change the world? Anyone you would like to help? Your patients? Your company, a group of people, an endangered species? Or perhaps you just want to improve your personal and professional happiness?

Katja Iversen will offer tips on:

  • How to conduct yourself during receptions, in meetings and on social media
  • How to prepare and follow up before and after important events
  • How to ensure that your new connections will also benefit from knowing you

To celebrate the power of networking, we have also included the Ivy+ League in Denmark. And we take this opportunity to celebrate Columbia Connects, an annual tradition that brings alumni together to celebrate their alumni connection while welcoming any new graduates to the area.
